In the book Hatchet, thirteen year old Brian Robeson boards a plane to Canada. Meanwhile on the plane the pilot has a heart attack and then the plane crashes in a lake in the middle of the wilderness. Brian uses his knowledge and everything he can do to survive. It is no time for despair. Will he survive with no humans within his range alone?
